Take-over Code definition

Take-over Code means the Singapore Code on Take-overs and Mergers, including all practice notes, rules and guidelines thereunder, as may be amended from time to time;
Take-over Code means the Singapore Code on Take-overs and Mergers, as amended or modified from time to time;
Take-over Code means the Singapore Code on Take-overs and Mergers referred to in section 139 which is issued by the Authority under section 321(1);

Take-over Code means the Singapore Code on Take-Overs and Mergers issued by the Monetary Authority of Singapore under Section 321 of the Securities and Futures Act (Cap. 289);
