TAKE-OFFS definition

TAKE-OFFS means the number of take-offs by an ENGINE as logged under the standards and procedures employed by MIDWAY at the date of this AGREEMENT and acceptable to the Federal Aviation Authority.

Examples of TAKE-OFFS in a sentence

  • MIDWAY shall submit to RRAES each month a certified statement of RUNNING TIME and TAKE-OFFS listed by ENGINE serial number in respect of the previous month.

  • Per Northstar Jet’s insurance policy, NO TAKEOFFS AND LANDINGS FROM UNPAVED RUNWAYS shall be made unless accompanied by a Northstar Jet Flight Instructor.

  • In respect of RUNNING TIME and TAKE-OFFS of the ENGINES during the period of this AGREEMENT, MIDWAY shall pay to RRAES: (as adjusted in accordance with the provisions of sub-clause 6.6) multiplied by the RUNNING TIME of the ENGINES.

  • MIDWAY shall keep records of ENGINE operation, maintenance, RUNNING TIME and TAKE-OFFS and shall permit RRAES to inspect such records.

  • AFTER THE CONTRACT HAS BEEN AWARDED AN ELECTRONIC FILE CAN BE SUPPLIED FOR TAKE-OFFS AND SURVEYING PURPOSES.
