Take Authorization definition

Take Authorization means authorization issued by USFWS and CDFW to Take listed species, pursuant to FESA (through the FESA Section 10 permit) and/or the California Fish and Game Code. This term may also apply to the statutory exemption from the take prohibition provided under Section 7(o)(2) of FESA.
Take Authorization means the county-issued authorization to allow for take of covered species within the boundaries of the Placer County Conservation Program HCP/NCCP (Article 19.10, Section 19.10.120).
Take Authorization means the Section 10(a) Permit and/or the NCCP Authorization.

  • Parties within such annexed or deannexed land that qualify as Participating Special Entities may receive Take Authorization.

More Definitions of Take Authorization

Take Authorization means the extension of take authorization under the Permits for the Covered Projects in accordance with the Permits, the HCP/NCCP, the Implementing Agreement, and this Agreement.

  • Product Authorizations means any and all approvals, including applicable supplements, amendments, pre- and post-approvals, clearances, licenses, notifications, registrations, certifications or authorizations of any Governmental Authority, any Regulatory Agency necessary for the preclinical or clinical testing, manufacture, development, distribution, use, storage, import, export, transport, promotion, marketing, sale or other commercialization of a Product in any country or jurisdiction.
