• In the event that the property depicted on Exhibit 1 is used for other purposes, Take Authorization under the Permits will automatically cease.

• In the event of termination by any Permittee, the CVCC shall meet and confer with the Wildlife Agencies to determine to what extent, if any, Take Authorization may continue to be provided to the remaining Permittees.

• In this event, all Local Permittees, Third Parties Granted Take Authorization and Participating Special Entities would be eligible for full or partial refund from the CVCC or other appropriate Permittees of any mitigation contribution, as appropriate, except to the extent that Take had already occurred.
