• Eligibility for any TAILGATE GUYS drop off service is determined by Tailgate Guys in its sole discretion and is based on University restrictions, staffing availability and other factors.

• Notwithstanding the foregoing, Tailgate Guys reserves the right in its sole discretion to terminate its Game Day Services due to inclement weather, ground conditions, or other factors that impact the quality and safety surrounding any Game Day Services.

• In the event that inclement weather prevents TAILGATE GUYS staff from setting up the Site or providing any component of the Tailgate Services hereunder in its reasonable but sole discretion, TAILGATE GUYS may suspend or cancel the provision of Tailgate Services and credit the CLIENT an amount equal to the amount paid for that specific event if the entire event is cancelled pursuant to this provision.

• This Agreement shall be effective on the Effective Date and terminates once all Tailgate Services have been provided and all payments are completed between CLIENT and TAILGATE GUYS.

• Tailgate Guys reserves the right in its sole discretion to suspend or cancel its Tailgate Services due to inclement weather, ground conditions, or other factors that may impact the quality and safety during the provision of Tailgate Services.
