Upon termination of this License, Licensee shall promptly cease use, display and distribution of all Products and materials containing the Java Logo(s) and/or the For Java Tagline.
Licensee is granted no other right, title or interest in or license to the Java Logo(s), the For Java Tagline, or any other Oracle Trademark for any purpose, and is specifically granted no right to sublicense the Java Logo(s), the For Java Tagline, or any other Oracle Trademarks.
This License constitutes and express the final, complete and exclusive agreement and understanding between the parties with respect to the Java Logo(s) and the For Java Tagline and supersedes all previous communications, representations or agreements, whether written or oral, with respect thereto.
Licensee's use of the Java Logo(s) and/or the For Java Tagline inures solely to Oracle's benefit.
Oracle may modify or replace the Integrated Application Marks and Oracle PartnerNetwork Logo Guidelines, and, upon reasonable notice from Oracle, you shall promptly cease use of the old Integrated Application Logo or Integrated Application Tagline or modify your use of the Integrated Application Logo or Integrated Application Tagline accordingly.
Use the SHIP Logo and Tagline on all HICAP publications, including websites.
Upon any expiration or termination of this Agreement, Licensee shall cease and completely discontinue use of the Licensed Marks other than as provided in: (i) Section 2.A.1 with respect to the Specified ▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ solely as to the items for the applicable Maximum License Terms that extend beyond the Term; and (ii) Section 2.A.2 with respect to the Licensed Tagline for the remainder of the period set forth therein.
In connection with any proposed use of the Specified ▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ or Licensed Tagline that requires Licensor’s prior approval pursuant to the foregoing Section 2.A.2 or subpart (i) of this Section, Licensee shall provide Licensor with prior written notice of such proposed use and Licensor shall thereafter have thirty (30) days to approve or reject such use.
Licensee shall not use the Tagline in any manner that might dilute or tarnish the Licensor’s METLIFE ▇▇▇▇ or disparage or reflect adversely on Licensor or the reputation or goodwill associated therewith.
Subject to Section 5.12(n)(ii), upon the Tagline Termination Date, all of Licensee’s trademark rights in the Tagline granted to Licensee under this Agreement shall automatically revert to Licensor.
