Tactical Reload definition

Tactical Reload means the rapid replenishment of ammunition in a weapon, prior to slide or bolt lock-back and while in a position of advantage, in an effort to maximize the quantity of ammunition in the weapon. “Target” means approved qualification target to include: FBI QIT-99 or a dimensionally equivalent target approved by the COPT Firearms Instructor Subcommittee, and approved simulated target APG B-27 or a dimensionally equivalent target approved by the COPT Firearms Instructor Subcommittee.
