Bathing means washing oneself by sponge bath; or in either a tub or shower, including the task of getting into or out of the tub or shower.

Grinding means to reduce to powder or small fragments and includes mechanical chipping or drilling.
Playground means a public outdoor recreation area for children, usually equipped with swings, slides, and other playground equipment, owned and/or managed by a city, county, state, or federal government.
Hazing means committing an act against a student, or coercing a student into committing an act, that creates a substantial risk of harm to a person, in order for the student to be initiated into or affiliated with a student organization, or for any other purpose. Accessories means all fixtures, equipment, systems, machinery, furniture, furnishings, appliances, inventory, goods, building and construction materials, supplies and other articles of personal property, of every kind and character, tangible and intangible (including software embedded therein), now owned or hereafter acquired by Grantor, which are now or hereafter attached to or situated in, on or about the Land or Improvements, or used in or necessary to the complete and proper planning, development, use, occupancy or operation thereof, or acquired (whether delivered to the Land or stored elsewhere) for use or installation in or on the Land or Improvements, and all Additions to the foregoing, all of which are hereby declared to be permanent accessions to the Land.

Crane means any self-propelled vehicle to which has been permanently mounted or attached any crane, whether or not such vehicle was originally a truck, tractor, or other type of motor vehicle or was designed and built as a complete crane unit. However, the word "crane," as herein defined, shall not be construed to mean any truck or other vehicle equipped with or to which has been affixed any device used for the purpose of providing a means for towing other vehicles.

Kitchen means a food preparation area that includes a sink, refrigerator and a microwave oven or stove.
Utensil means any implement used in the storage, preparation, transportation, or service of food.
Seaplane means an aeroplane capable normally of taking off from and alighting solely on water;

Muffler means a properly functioning sound dissipative device or system for abating the sound on engines or equipment where such device is part of the normal configuration of the equipment.
Freeboard means a factor of safety usually expressed in feet above a flood level for purposes of floodplain management. "Freeboard" tends to compensate for the many unknown factors that could contribute to flood heights greater than the height calculated for a selected size flood and floodway conditions, such as wave action, blockage of bridge or culvert openings, and the hydrological effect of urbanization of the watershed.

Massage means any method of placing pressure on, or friction against, or manipulating, stroking, kneading, rubbing, tapping, pounding, vibrating, or stimulating of the external parts of the human body below the neck with the hands or other parts of the body, with or without the aid of any mechanical or electrical apparatus or appliances, or with or without supplementary aids such as rubbing alcohol, liniments, antiseptics, oils, powder, creams, lotions, ointments or other similar preparations commonly used in the practice of massage.
Pushcart means a non-self-propelled vehicle limited to serving non-potentially hazardous foods or commissary-wrapped food maintained at proper temperatures, or limited to the preparation and serving of frankfurters.
Scalping means the situation where the Client opens too many positions in CFDs at the same time and closes them for less than five minutes or buying at Bid price and selling at Ask price, so as to gain the Bid/Ask difference.
Cart means a plastic Container with a hinged lid and wheels that is serviced by an automated or semi-automated Collection vehicle. A Cart has capacity of 20, 35, 64 or 96 gallons (or similar volumes).
