Tablet Product definition

Tablet Product means a product incorporating the Tablet Technology and [*] as an API, including but not limited to the Initial Tablet Product.
Tablet Product means the 600 mg and 800 mg generic gabapentin tablets.

  • Par shall have the exclusive right, for a period of forty-five (45) days after receipt of such notice, to negotiate with IntelGenx to agree upon and execute a definitive agreement for Par to become the co-marketer, co-distributor or exclusive marketer and/or distributor in the Territory, as the case may be, for the Tablet Product.
