TAAL definition

TAAL means Taal Distributed Information Technologies Inc., its subsidiaries or its predecessors, as the context requires.
TAAL or the “the Demerged Company” means Taneja Aerospace and Aviation Limited (CIN: L62200TZ1988PLC014460), a Company incorporated under the Act and having its registered office at Belagondapalli Village, Thally Road, Denkanikottai Taluk, Krishnagiri District, Belagondapalli 635 114, Tamil Nadu;
TAAL means Taal Technologies SEZC, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Purchaser.

  • All such Residual Proceeds received shall be deemed to have been applied to reduce (i) first, the accrued but unpaid Notional Subordinated Financing Interest as of the date such Residual Proceeds were received and (ii) second, to the unpaid balance of the Notional Subordinated Financing Principal Amount.

  • This Agreement constitutes a valid and binding agreement of TAAL, enforceable in accordance with its terms.

  • United States federal income and other non-U.S. tax returns for TAAL have never been examined by the IRS or, to Seller's knowledge, subject to an equivalent procedure by the tax authorities of any other jurisdiction.

  • All representations, warranties and covenants of the Company, TAAL and the Shareholders contained herein shall survive the consummation of the transactions contemplated herein and remain in full force and effect for a period of three years after the Closing.

  • All consents or approvals required to consummate the exchange of TAAL Shares for the Company Shares and related transactions hereunder have been obtained.
