TA Group means TA Associates, Inc. and any company which is a subsidiary of TA Associates, Inc., a holding company of any of those companies or a subsidiary of such holding company but, for the avoidance of doubt, shall not include any portfolio companies in which any such company or the TA Funds has invested from time to time.
