Examples of T&A Form in a sentence

  • In addition, every TA Form must include the following statement: “Submission of this form constitutes a request, not a guarantee, of teaching assignment.

  • Your user identification and Coast Online passw ord are required for Coast Online access.

  • The receipt and submission of a TA Form by a Unit member does not obligate the College in any way to provide an appointment or a particular assignment to that Unit member.

  • The College will send Unit members an e-mail notice regarding the TA Form and the due date for submission at least eight (8) weeks prior to the due date for completing the course schedule for the following semester.

  • This provision shall not apply for any semester for which the Unit member has completed and submitted a TA Form but the College has not granted him or her a teaching assignment.

Related to T&A Form

  • ASBA Form means an application form, whether physical or electronic, used by ASBA Bidders to submit Bids, which will be considered as the application for Allotment in terms of the Red ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Prospectus and the Prospectus;

  • FACE Form means the Funding Authorization and Certificate of Expenditure Form attached to this Agreement. The FACE Form is used for (i) requests for cash advances, direct payments or reimbursements and (ii) financial reporting by the Partner.

  • Assignment Form means the assignment form attached as Annex 2 hereto.

  • Letter of Transmittal and Election Form means the letter of transmittal and election form for use by the Corporation Shareholders with respect to the Arrangement;

  • Consent Form means the forms provided to each holder of Pre-Formation Interests to consent to the Formation Transactions and to make such holder’s irrevocable elections with respect to consideration to be received in the Formation Transactions.
