TA Budget definition
TA Budget means the budget for the Project Development Services to be supported by the Fund through the TA TA means the technical assistance whereby the Fund supports, for the benefit of the Final Beneficiary, energy efficiency and renewable energy initiatives and in particular, under this Contract, the Project Development Services Termination Event has the meaning ascribed to such term in Article II.10.1 (Termination by the Fund) of this Contract
