T2S services definition
T2S services means T2S services as defined in Article 2, point (20), of Guideline ECB/2012/13 of the European Central Bank8.
T2S services means the services to be provided by the Euro system to CSDs and central banks on the basis of the contractual arrangements entered into between the Eurosystem and CSDs, non-euro area NCBs or other central banks;

This Agreement constitutes an Addendum that supplements and forms part of the T2S Framework Agreement of 31 October 2011, as signed by the Contracting CSDs, the Agreement of 20 January 2016 on the use of T2S services in TARGET2, and the Agreement of 20 June 2012 on the participation of Danmarks Nationalbank in TARGET2-Securities.
The purpose of this MoU is to formalise certain mutual contributions of the Eurosystem and the CSDs to the T2S project and to define certain parameters concerning the scope and negotiations of the future contractual arrangement between the Eurosystem and individual CSDs in relation to the T2S services.
