T1 Service definition

T1 Service means a Forward Haul transportation service which is named in the relevant contract as T1 Service and which gives the shipper a right, subject to the terms and conditions of the relevant contract, to access capacity of the DBNGP and which:

T1 Service means the existing T1 service Epic Energy currently provides to users under contracts entered into under the GTRs and the 1998 Regime; and

Examples of T1 Service in a sentence

  • During the Period of Supply, the Operator will provide the T1 Service to the Shipper and the Shipper agrees to accept the T1 Service from the Operator on the terms and conditions of this Contract.

  • Where the context requires, a term which is defined in this Contract (including T1 Service, Other Reserved Service, Contracted Capacity, and Total Contracted Capacity) includes the same concept in any other contract in relation to the Shipper or in relation to any other shipper (as the case may require).

  • Digital Switched T-1 Service and/or its Features are provided subject to the availability and Service Capabilities of the Central Office Facilities.

  • Where the context requires, a term which is defined in this Contract (including T1 Service, P1 Service, B1 Service, Aggregated T1 Service, Aggregated P1 Service, Aggregated B1 Service, Other Reserved Service, Contracted Capacity, and Total Contracted Capacity) includes the same concept in any other contract in relation to the Shipper or in relation to any other shipper (as the case may require).

  • Subject to the terms of any Multi-shipper Agreement, the Parties agree that, for the purpose of the Nominations Plan, any Nomination for T1 Service which is, according to clause 8.16, deemed to be Aggregated T1 Service, shall be deemed to be a Nomination for a separate Type of Capacity Service which service ranks equally in priority with all other Aggregated T1 Service.

  • These cancellation and deferment provisions apply to all Private Line and Design Services and also apply to requests for 5 or more analog or digital exchange access lines, or 1 or more DS1 facilities with common equipment, such as Digital Switched Service, ISDN Primary Rate Service, Integrated T-1 Service, or Uniform Access Solution Service.

Related to T1 Service

  • 911 Service means a universal telephone number which gives the public direct access to the Public Safety Answering Point (“PSAP”).
