T1 Service definition

T1 Service means a Forward Haul transportation service which is named in the relevant contract as T1 Service and which gives the shipper a right, subject to the terms and conditions of the relevant contract, to access capacity of the DBNGP and which:
T1 Service has the meaning given in clause 3.2(a).
T1 Service means the existing T1 service Epic Energy currently provides to users under contracts entered into under the GTRs and the 1998 Regime; and

  • For the purposes of applying the Curtailment Plan in a Point Specific Curtailment, the Aggregated T1 Service shall be excluded from the T1 Service.

  • Prospective Shippers seeking access for Developable Capacity must nominate a minimum term of 15 years when lodging an Access Request for T1 Service, unless Operator in its absolute discretion agrees otherwise.

  • Prospective Shippers seeking access to Spare Capacity of the DBNGP as it is configured at the time of approval of this Access Arrangement must nominate a minimum term of 2 years when lodging an Access Request for T1 Service, unless Operator in its absolute discretion agrees otherwise.

  • The Shipper must, by notice to the Operator given no later than 14:00 hours on any Gas Day, nominate for the following Gas Day the quantity of Gas that the Shipper requires to Deliver to the Operator at each Nominated Inlet Point, and the quantity of Gas that the Shipper requires to Receive from the Operator at each Nominated Outlet Point in the T1 Service ( Initial Nomination).

  • Analog Integrated T-1 Service combines local and long distance telephone service.

  • Aggregated Service Allocated Daily Nomination means, in relation to a particular shipper, the Daily Nomination for Aggregated T1 Service actually allocated to that shipper for the relevant Gas Day plus the material equivalent to such allocation for the relevant Gas Day in respect of Aggregated T1 Service under any other contract for Capacity Service with that shipper.

Related to T1 Service

  • 911 Service means a universal telephone number which gives the public direct access to the Public Safety Answering Point (“PSAP”). Basic 911 service collects 911 calls from one or more local exchange switches that serve a geographic area. The calls are then sent to the correct authority designated to receive such calls.

  • In-service means an educational program, which is designed to increase the knowledge, skills, and overall effectiveness of personnel.

  • CMU Service means the Central Moneymarkets Unit Service, operated by the Hong Kong Monetary Authority;

  • Cloud Service means any distinct, subscription-based, hosted, supported and operated on-demand solution provided by SAP under an Order Form.

  • Enhanced 911 Service (“E911”) means a telephone communication service which will automatically route a call dialed “9-1-1” to a designated public safety answering point (PSAP) attendant and will provide to the attendant the calling party’s telephone number and, when possible, the address from which the call is being placed and the Emergency Response agencies responsible for the location from which the call was dialed.

  • Transmission Service means Point-To-Point Transmission Service provided under Tariff, Part II on a firm and non-firm basis.

  • Video service means video programming, cable services, IPTV, or OVS provided through facilities located at least in part in the public rights-of-way without regard to delivery technology, including internet protocol technology. This definition does not include any video programming provided by a commercial mobile service provider defined in 47 USC 332(d) or provided solely as part of, and via, a service that enables users to access content, information, electronic mail, or other services offered over the public internet.
