T Price definition
T Price means the average of the daily high and low sales prices of shares of AT&T Common Stock, for the period of ten consecutive trading days immediately prior to the Closing Date. If the Closing Date is subsequent to the record date (the "Record Date") for determining holders of AT&T Common Stock entitled to receive shares of AWS Common Stock in the spin-off of AT&T Wireless Services, Inc. ("AWS"), then the high and low sales prices of AT&T Common Stock used for any such day after the Record Date and on or before the Distribution Date shall be the daily high and low sales prices of AT&T Common Stock "with due bills" as reported on the New York Stock Exchange, as opposed to "ex-dividend".
