Systems Unavailability. As measured within the Contractor’s information systems Span of Control, when a system user does not get the complete, correct full-screen response to an input command within three (3) minutes after depressing the “Enter” or other function key. Telecommunication Device for the Deaf (“TDD”): Special telephone devices with keyboard attachments for use by individuals with hearing impairments who are unable to use conventional phones.
Systems Unavailability is defined as the Service Provider’s inability to connect to systems associated with the applicable Support Request, including, but not limited to, Oracle-NetSuite, Wrike, Google Drive, and Dell-Boomi.
