Systems Requirements means requirements described in the Systems Requirements document attached hereto as Schedule B that specifies: (a) the hardware, VMware solutions (and related virtual environment requirements) and software, including the specific versions of each of the foregoing, that are required for purposes of installing and using the Product; and (b) those devices, applications, operating systems, file types and sizes that are compatible with the Product. Related to Systems Requirements
