Systems issue means a substantiated major unusual incident attributed to multiple variables.

Examples of Systems issue in a sentence

  • If Nextel or an Affiliate of Nextel determines that the problem is due to a Device or Systems issue, Nextel or such Affiliate shall take action to resolve such issue.

  • For the Aesthetics, Air Quality, Cultural Resources, Greenhouse Gas, Noise, and Transportation/Traffic and Utilities/Service Systems issue areas, the analysis will include a project specific examination that will have four main subsections: setting, impact analysis, mitigation measures, and level of significance after mitigation.
