Systems Data definition

Systems Data means any data that enables or facilitates, or identifies or describes anything connected with enabling or facilitating, the functioning of a telecommunication system (including any apparatus forming part of the system);
Systems Data means data generated or collected in connection with Your use of the Products, such as logs, session data, telemetry data, support data, usage data, threat intelligence or actor data, statistics, netflow data, potentially malicious files detected by the Product, and derivatives thereof.
Systems Data means the digital data (including personal and non-personal data) stored, processed, retrieved or transmitted by any element of the Systems; and

More Definitions of Systems Data

Systems Data means the digital data (including personal and non-personal data) stored, processed, retrieved or transmitted by any element of the IT Systems; and

This may encompass device identifiers, such as IP addresses, model, firmware versions, operating system, time zone, MAC addresses, and other technical specifications concerning computing systems. Additionally, it may include file names, file paths, network logs, threat intelligence data, and potentially malicious files identified by the Product. For avoidance of doubt, it expressly excludes any data or information that directly identifies the customer or contains Personal Data.

Related to Systems Data

  • IT Systems and Data shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 3.1(jj).

  • System Data means data and data elements collected by the SaaS Software, SaaS Service or Licensor’s computer systems regarding configuration, environment, usage, performance, vulnerabilities and security of the SaaS Software or SaaS Service that may be used to generate logs, statistics and reports regarding performance, availability, integrity and security of the SaaS Software.

  • GLO Data means any data or information owned by the GLO, including PII or SPI as defined below, that Provider creates, obtains, accesses (via records, systems, or otherwise), receives (from the GLO or on behalf of the GLO), or uses in the performance of the Contract or any documents related thereto.
