System Update definition

System Update means any proposed or actual change (or series of connected changes, including any change or proposed change in any configuration) in or in part(s) of any of:  the Consumer Access Devices and/or End-to-end Smart Metering System; or  the Systems used by any DCC Service User to interface or interact with any part of the End-to- end Smart Metering System, including any changes (or proposed changes) to any software or Hardware or other Systems (or any part, code or element of them) and new SMS. System Updates will include the use of new System(s), use of new versions of any System(s) and maintenance release or replacements of Systems (including those to correct faults, add functionality or otherwise amend or upgrade any part of such Systems);
System Update means upgrades, bug fixes or additional features that modify the operating system of the Nintendo System and/or are designed to optimize, enhance or otherwise modify the operation or performance of the Nintendo Network or Nintendo System.
System Update means any release of new code to the GRS System platform(s) that impacts performance, features, enhancements, or quality.

Related to System Update

  • Software Update means a release of Software, in object code form, or firmware, which provides minor fixes, improvements and modifications to the Software or Equipment. Kodak software releases that are designated as updates will be identified A.B.x where the x designates the release as a Software Update.
