System Turnover Package definition

System Turnover Package means those binders defined by the individual system process and instrument diagrams (P&ID) and electrical single line diagrams in which Contractor compiles all relevant quality assurance and quality control test results which show that the system and its components were installed and tested in full conformance with the design drawings, vendor requirements, Owner Standards and this Agreement.
System Turnover Package means the collection of enumerated items of Information including diagnostic equipment tests that comprise a complete description of a System and its operating requirements in form and substance reasonably acceptable to Owners and established pursuant to Section 6.3.
System Turnover Package consists of the installation, assembly, and Pre-Commissioning checklists for each System in a Block.

Examples of System Turnover Package in a sentence

  • Such plan must include: a complete listing of the Systems along with a scheduled turnover date for each such System and a schedule of documents to be included in the System Turnover Package that will accompany the System being turned over.

  • The data provided in each System Turnover Package must be complete and compatible for insertion into Owners’ hold card system or lock-out tag-out procedures, as applicable.

  • Each System Turnover Package must be properly completed and include sufficient checkout and operation information to clearly indicate that the System has been completely checked out and meets the requirements of Exhibit B.

  • Upon verification by Owner that a System Turnover Package is complete Owner shall accept the System Turnover Package and shall evidence such acceptance by written notification thereof to Contractor.

  • As soon as Contractor has completed all Pre-Commissioning activities associated with a System, Contractor shall submit to Owner the initial System Turnover Package for such System.
