System Supplier definition

System Supplier means any firm engaged in or having a known or prospective interest in the development, production, or analysis of the weapon system, equipment or program which are identified in the statement of work of this contract.
System Supplier means the supplier(s) of the System.
System Supplier means the supplier of any systems to the Railway Contractor (e.g., the Signaling System) in respect of the Railway Project;

  • The development and installation of the Automated Curtailment System shall be subject to Customer’s reasonable approval and in the event the Commencement date occurs prior to the installation and commissioning of the Automated Curtailment System, Supplier and Customer agree to work together in good faith to develop interim communication and coordination protocols governing curtailment of Customer load.

  • System Supplier agrees to waive damages including but not limited to loss of business, loss of financing, principal office overhead and expenses, loss of profits not related to this Project, loss of bonding capacity or loss of reputation.

  • Licensee acknowledges that it is responsible for the purchase of any supplies necessary to use the Application or Service and will contact the System Supplier to determine what, if any, supplies it must purchase for use of any Application or Service.

  • Licensee expressly acknowledges and agrees that access to and use of the Application is provided to Licensee by the System Supplier and that FedEx is neither providing the Services nor charging Licensee a fee for access to or use of the Application or for providing the Limited Support Services, if any.

  • In addition, starting on the date of commencement of construction of the System Supplier shall maintain property insurance sufficient to repair or replace the System from vandalism, damage, weather or other causes as typically included in property insurance policies.
