System responsibility definition

System responsibility means the obligation of the system operator to ensure, at all times, the security of supply for and the balance of the gas system in accordance with the contracts entered into.
System responsibility also means that central government monitors the introduction of the Youth Act to ensure that problems are identified in a timely fashion. This monitoring system includes the following components:
System responsibility means that the Contractor assumes responsibility for ensuring that the Deliverables: i) fulfils the requirements for conformity, compatibility, interoperability and interchangeability; ii) fulfils the performance and compatibility requirements with the interfacing and collocated products; iii) passes the tests and trials specified in this Supply Agreement; iv) and in other respects satisfies contractual requirements in regard to safety, dependability, life-cycle, practicability, strength, durability and quality.
