System Resources means Resources that are not Seasonal Resources, Regional Resources, State Resources or Direct Access Purchases and Sales and whose associated costs and revenues are allocated among all States on a dynamic basis.
System Resources means the electrical systems on which Seller and Buyer, or the third party(ies) designated by them, have arranged for Seller to make and Buyer to receive delivery of Power under this Agreement.
Shared System Resources – Consideration will be given to initiatives that allow for greater efficiencies through shared system resources.
Prohibition of System Resources: The employee and his or her Representative, including the legal representative, shall not meet during the employee’s working hours when preparing for the employee’s grievance and shall not use System resources when preparing for the employee’s grievance.
Agreements For Educational Lectures and Work Respecting National Park System Resources (16 U.S.C. § 17j-2(e)): Appropriations may be expended on educational lectures in or in the vicinity of, and with respect to, National Park System resources and the services of field employees may be utilized in cooperation with non-profit scientific and historical organization engaged in educational work on National Park System lands.
Agreements with Educational Institutions to Study National Park System Resources and Non-Park Service Resources (16 U.S.C. § 5933): The Secretary is authorized and directed to enter into cooperative agreements with colleges and universities in partnership with other Federal and State agencies, to establish cooperative study units to conduct multi-disciplinary research and develop integrated information products on the resources of the National Park System or the larger region of which parks are a part.
Costs associated with BPA’s potential actions to supplement the capability of the Federal System Resources, as a result of BPA’s Subscription process.
