system power means power flowing through a connection to a customer from the distribution system;
system power means: (a) Use Limited System Capacity which was contracted to be made available by a seller to a purchaser (and for greater certainty does not include any generation reserves established or required by the RRO to which the purchaser belongs); and (b) energy which was contracted to be sold to a purchaser.
