System Output definition

System Output means a tangible substance on which “private personal data” is printed from a “System”.
System Output means the electric energy generated by the System.

  • From and including the Commercial Operation Date until the first anniversary thereof, the SEF shall produce a minimum amount of Energy equivalent to ninety-percent (90%) of the Expected System Output of the SEF (the “Minimum Energy Output Requirements”).

  • The location of the meter shall be approved by Purchaser prior to its installation and shall be used for the purpose of measuring the System Output.

  • Purchaser shall assist Seller in facilitating the assumption of this Agreement by the new occupant of the Premises as permitted under Section 19 or a new power purchase agreement between Seller and a new purchaser of the System Output.

  • The System Output supply period under this Agreement commences on the Commercial Operation Date and continues for the duration of the Initial Term and any Additional Terms, unless earlier terminated as provided for in this Agreement (collectively, the “Term”).

  • If the meter is inaccurate by more than two percent (2%) and the duration of such inaccuracy is known, then prior monthly statement shall be adjusted accordingly, and any amounts owed to Purchaser shall be credited against future monthly statement for System Output.

  • Seller is responsible for payment of income taxes or similar taxes imposed on Seller’s revenues due to the sale of System Output under this Agreement.

Related to System Output

  • System Downtime means any interruption of access to the Hosting Web Site as measured by the System Availability Monitoring Mechanism. System Downtime specifically excludes: (a) any Scheduled Downtime; (b) inability to access the System resulting from failure in the internet backbone or networks not directly managed by NCR Voyix or its subcontractors or agents; (c) erroneous System monitoring, in which NCR Voyix establishes that the incorrect reporting of the inability to access the System was due to failure in the monitoring mechanism rather than a failure in the System; (d) an Extreme Service Interruption Event; or (e) any System Downtime caused by Customer.

  • multi-system operator or “MSO” means a cable operator who has been granted registration under rule 11 of the Cable Television Networks Rules, 1994 and who receives a programming service from a broadcaster and re-transmits the same or transmits his own programming service for simultaneous reception either by multiple subscribers directly or through one or more local cable operators;

  • System Operations means the Power Producer's operation; maintenance and repair of the System performed in accordance the requirement herein.

  • System Operator means the person who is the system operator under the Act;

  • Fuel system means the components which store or transport fuel on board the vehicle and comprise the fuel tank system, all fuel and vapour lines, any non-tank mounted fuel pumps and the activated carbon canister.
