System Migration definition

System Migration has the meaning given it in Section 5.9.8 (Exclusion from Sale and Usage Rights) of this Agreement.
System Migration means the full migration of the consumer business from the system of Citibank Berhad to the system of UOB in accordance with the migration plan arising from the sale of consumer business of Citibank Berhad to UOB.
