System Employee definition

System Employee means any City employee engaged primarily in the provision of Utility Services.
System Employee means any employee of Manager who, pursuant to the terms of the Management Agreement, is currently dedicated exclusively to the business, operation or maintenance of the System, all of which System Employees are identified on SCHEDULE 1.5 attached hereto.
System Employee shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6.06(a).

System Employee shall include all full-time and part-time employees who are actively at work for the Company or a Company Subsidiary as of the Closing Date, including those employees on vacation or who have taken a personal day or occasional absence day, employees on workers’ compensation, military leave, maternity leave, leave under the Family and Medical Leave Act of 1993, short-term disability, salary continuation, on layoff with recall rights, and employees on other Company or Company Subsidiary approved leaves of absence with a legal or contractual right to reinstatement.
System Employee means (a) each employee of the Company and the Company Subsidiaries, (b) each individual whose name is set forth on Schedule 1.1(a), and (c) each individual who is hired by the Xxxxxxxxxx Entities prior to the Closing to fill a position that is set forth on Schedule 1.1(a).
System Employee means any Borough employee engaged primarily in the provision of Utility Services, including Union Employees and non-Union Employees.

  • Service employee, as used in this clause, means any person (other than a person employed in a bona fide executive, administrative, or professional capacity as defined in 29 CFR 541) engaged in performing a District contract not exempted under 41 U.S.C. §356, the principal purpose of which is to furnish services in the United States, as defined in section 22.1001 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation.
