System Cutover definition

System Cutover. The point at which the County approves Contractor's initiation of the System, or a phase of the project, to a production status and the County may terminate use of the current software system it uses to perform the same business functions.
System Cutover means the complete cutover of Client's management information systems from the Current System to the New System.
System Cutover means that the Business’s Information Technology Systems (as defined in the Transition Services Agreement) have been modified in a manner intended to satisfy clauses (1) and (2) of the Separation Objectives (as defined on Schedule 4.7(c)).
