System Content definition

System Content means the content, data, information, analysis, code and output of the System including without limitation Q&A overlays, hotspots, information boxes, navigation controls and virtual humans generated by the System. The term System Content does not include Customer Content.
System Content means all data generated through the customisation, installation, operation, administration, maintenance and use of the ▇▇▇.▇▇▇ Photo Center and/or the Branded System and all data at any time stored on and all data received or processed by the Computer Facilities through use of the ▇▇▇.▇▇▇ Photo Center and/or the Branded System (including without any limitation all Member Content, System Logs and Transaction Records) (including all such data which has been backed up). System Event Emails - means those emails which are triggered by an event or business rule related to activities, or lack thereof, on any Member account. Examples of System Event Emails include account sign up welcome, order confirmation, order ready for pickup, abandoned shopping cart or storage term expiration. Term - means collectively the Initial Term and the Renewal Term (if the Renewal Term is applicable). Third Party or Third Parties - means any entity or person other than PhotoChannel and CVS and their respective Affiliates, directors, officers, and employees. Third Party Content Provider - any third party, authorized by CVS, providing images, or other content to the Systems, via any programmatic method including internet or via other software interfaces. Third Party Content Providers may include Sony Image Station, Picasa, AOL, Kodak Gallery, Corel, personal websites or ‘blogs’, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇, or other providers capable of interacting with the Systems, For the avoidance of doubt, Third Party Content Providers do not include direct uploads from end users or Consumers.
System Content means all of the text, narrative, information, documents, graphics, pictures, and other materials visible to as well as products available for purchase by Persons accessing the System.

  • You will safeguard the Security Procedures assigned to You, and will not authorize or permit any other party to access the System and/or any System Content.

  • Citibank may, without notice and in its sole discretion, suspend, modify or restrict Your access to the System and/or the System Content.

  • As between You and Citibank, Citibank has exclusive ownership of, licenses, and/or rights to use the System and all System Content (including, without limitation, any proprietary Citibank algorithms embedded therein), as well as all related copyrights, trademarks, service marks, patent rights, and trade secrets and any other intellectual property rights therein (registered or unregistered) including any applications, anywhere in the world.

  • You acknowledge and agree that information posted on the System and the System Content do not constitute investment or marketing advice and cannot replace specific investment or marketing advice.

  • You understand that Citibank is not authorised to give investment or marketing advice on the on the System and the System Content under Israeli law, and that the information is not provided by Israeli licensed persons.
