System Compressor Stations definition

System Compressor Stations. Gatherer shall install, operate and maintain each System Compressor Station as a Reasonable and Prudent Operator. For the avoidance of doubt, Gatherer shall have the right at any time to add additional compressor stations to the Gathering System, and to add compression capacity at any System Compressor Station in addition to the capacity that is reflected in the System Plan, as it deems necessary or appropriate to provide the Services and such services as it is providing in respect of Third Party Gas.
System Compressor Stations. Gatherer shall install and shall operate and maintain each System Compressor Station. For the avoidance of doubt, Gatherer shall have the right at any time to add additional compressor stations to the Gathering System, and to add compression capacity at any System Compressor Station in addition to the capacity that is reflected in the Gathering System Plan, as it deems necessary or appropriate to provide the Services and such services as it is providing in respect of Third Party Gas. Producer must pay the Compression Fee with respect to all its Gas that is compressed and dehydrated using the System Compressor Stations or any such additional compressor stations or using such additional capacity. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Producer shall not be obligated to pay the Compression Fee for more than one stage of compression unless Producer (i) requests that the operating pressure of the Gathering System or a relevant System Segment be reduced to below 500 psig and (ii) subsequently approves in writing any additional stages of compression that Gatherer determines would be required to achieve the lower pressure requested by Producer. Until such additional stages of compression have been approved by Producer in writing and have been installed and made operational, Gatherer shall not be required to operate the Gathering System at pressure below 500 psig. Prior to installation of any System Compressor Station, Producer shall be solely responsible for dehydration facilities in accordance with Section 10.1.
System Compressor Stations. As defined in Section 3.5.

Examples of System Compressor Stations in a sentence

  • Gas and electric power used in the operation of the Gathering System, including fuel consumed in System Compressor Stations and dehydration facilities that are part of the Gathering System.

  • All System Compressor Stations (a) shall be designed for a suction pressure of from one hundred (100) psig to one hundred forty (140) psig and (b) shall be designed for and shall be operated at a discharge pressure sufficient to effect delivery to the relevant Downstream Pipeline or Processing Plant.

  • Subject to Section 2.2 through Section 2.4, (a) Shipper exclusively dedicates and commits to deliver to Gatherer, as and when produced, all Dedicated Production for gathering through the Gathering System under this Agreement, including (in the case of Dedicated Gas) High Pressure gathering and compression in the System Compressor Stations, and (b) Shipper agrees not to deliver any Dedicated Production to any other gathering system or compressor station.

  • Gatherer shall install each such System High Pressure Line, together with the associated System Compressor Stations, and shall operate and maintain each System High Pressure Line.

  • Pipelines gathering or transporting Gas that has been dehydrated and compressed at the System Compressor Stations, including pipelines from the discharge of any System Compressor Station to the relevant Delivery Point.

  • Producer must pay the Compression Fee with respect to all its Gas that is compressed and dehydrated using the System Compressor Stations or any such additional compressor stations or using such additional capacity.

  • Gas and electric power used in the operation of the Facilities, including fuel consumed in System Compressor Stations and dehydration facilities.

  • A physically separate segment of the Gathering System that connects one or more ▇▇▇▇▇ of Producer or a Rice Subsidiary to one or more Delivery Points, including all Gas gathering pipelines (including High Pressure gathering pipelines), System Compressor Stations, Gas dehydration facilities, Receipt Points, Delivery Points, Measurement Facilities, Pipeline Drip handling facilities, rights of way, fee parcels, surface rights, and permits, and all appurtenant facilities.

  • Pipelines gathering Gas that has been compressed at the System Compressor Stations, including pipelines from the discharge of any System Compressor Station to the relevant Delivery Point.

  • For the avoidance of doubt, the NGLs produced and delivered by Gatherer from the Processing Plant(s) shall initially primarily involve deliveries to the ONEOK ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Pipeline, but may involve trucking from the NGL Truck Loading Facility or other movement of such NGLs from the System Compressor Stations or the Processing Plant(s) to the point of redelivery of such NGLs.

More Definitions of System Compressor Stations

System Compressor Stations has the meaning given such term in Section 3.4.
System Compressor Stations. Gatherer shall operate and maintain each System Compressor Station to provide capacity for Dedicated Gas up to the Low Pressure MDQ of each System Compressor Station and, with respect to each System AMI, not less than the total compression capacity set forth on Exhibit C as of the Effective Date for such System AMI. For the avoidance of doubt, Gatherer shall have the right (at its sole cost and without additional charge to Producer) at any time to add additional compression to a Gathering System as it deems necessary or appropriate to provide services in respect of Third Party Gas in addition to the capacity reflected in Exhibit C. Producer shall be entitled to the full capacity reflected at various suction pressures as detailed in Exhibit C at each System Compressor Station. Gatherer has no obligation to incur material expense if a System AMI, as of the Effective Date, is not designed and capable of transitioning High Pressure Receipt Points to Low Pressure.
System Compressor Stations. Gatherer shall use commercially reasonable efforts to operate the Gathering System at a pressure desired by the Producer but in accordance with the pressure differentials set forth in this Section 3.5 and water vapor content in accordance with Section 10.1 and to permit Dedicated Gas to enter such Downstream Pipelines or High Pressure gathering pipelines as defined in the Gathering System Plan. Gatherer shall install, operate, and maintain each System Compressor Station. For the avoidance of doubt, Gatherer is not obligated, but shall have the right at any time, to add additional compressor stations to the Gathering System, and to add compression capacity at any System Compressor Station in addition to the capacity that is reflected in the Gathering System Plan, as it deems necessary or appropriate to provide the Services and such services as it is providing in respect of Third Party Gas. Producer must pay the Compression Fee with respect to all its Gas that is compressed and dehydrated using the System Compressor Stations, additional compressor stations, or additional capacity. Each stage of compression will be designed by Gatherer to provide at least [***] psig and a maximum of [***] psig of pressure differential from the suction to the discharge side of each compression stage. The Gatherer shall use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain a pressure differential of [***] psig across each stage of compression. Producer shall not be obligated to pay the Compression Fee for more than one stage of compression unless (i) Producer requests that the operating pressure of the Gathering System or a relevant System Segment be reduced to below the maximum differential mechanically possible through a single compression stage as determined by Gatherer and/or (ii) Gatherer provides notice to Producer, in writing, that one or more additional stages of compression will be added to the Gathering System to accommodate a third party request with respect to Third Party Gas to reduce the operating pressure to below a pressure mechanically possible through a single compression stage as determined by Gatherer. Gatherer will not operate Compressor Stations, or stages of a Compressor Station, if the differential pressure across the applicable stage of a Compressor Station servicing the applicable receipt point is less than [***] psig differential. Prior to installation of any System Compressor Station, Producer shall be solely responsible for dehydration facilities in accor...
System Compressor Stations. Gatherer shall install, operate and maintain (or use reasonable efforts to cause to be installed, operated and maintained) each System Compressor Station as a Reasonable and Prudent Operator. For the avoidance of doubt, Gatherer or Gatherer’s Designee shall have the right at any time to add additional compressor stations to the Gathering System, and to add compression capacity at any System Compressor Station in addition to the capacity that is reflected in the Facilities Plan, as it deems necessary or appropriate to provide the Services and such services as it is providing in respect of Third Party Gas.
