System Code definition

System Code means the “Transmission System Code” established and approved by the OEB, which, among other things, establishes the obligations of a Transmitter with respect to the services and terms of service to be offered to customers and retailers and provides minimum technical operating standards for the IESO-Controlled Grid.
System Code means the code of that name certified by the Office;
System Code means the Electricity System Code from time to time approved by the Essential Services Commission;
