System Charge definition

System Charge means the current amount payable by Customer to Bell monthly in advance for access to the Bell Service.
System Charge means collectively, as specified in each Quotation/Order Form or Statement of Work (as applicable), the fees for Software and Third Party Software licenses and fees for installation, training and other services.
System Charge means an amount payable by the Operator under clause 38 (System Charge), calculated in accordance with Schedule 37 (System Charge and Revenue Grant).

  • These amounts shall be calculated by taking the Per Acre Charge and the Out-Letting System Charge and multiplying each by the actual acreage, and deducting from each respective charge, the amounts the Drainage Authority has already paid to the Company for each respective charge.

System Charge means in relation to a Participating Supplier for a Settlement Period, the charge to be paid to NIE consisting of the PSO Charge, the SSS Charge and any New System Charges;

Related to System Charge

  • Room charge means the charge imposed for the use or occupancy of a room, excluding charges for food, beverages, state use tax, telephone service, or like services paid in connection with the room charge, and reimbursement of the assessment as allowed in section 6.
