System Availability Period definition

System Availability Period means, in respect of the Digital Iris Services, twenty-four (24) hours per day, seven (7) days per week excluding the System Maintenance Period.

  • Revolving Availability Period means the period from and including the Effective Date to but excluding the earlier of the Revolving Maturity Date and the date of termination of the Revolving Commitments.

  • Term Loan Availability Period means the period starting on the Effective Date and ending on the End Date.
