System Areas definition

System Areas has the meaning ascribed thereto in the recitals to this Contract.
System Areas means all unincorporated areas of the County, all incorporated areas of the participating cities and towns and, subject to separate agreement with the County, the areas of any other local government entities.
System Areas. System Support Services" and "United States" as such definitions are set forth in the Contract and replacing them, respectively, in their entirety with the following:

Examples of System Areas in a sentence

  • At any time during the Term of this Contract that the Owner wishes to apply the purchase credits referenced in this subsection 6.1 to any of its Product purchases for the System Areas listed immediately above, the Owner must notify the Vendor of its intent to do so and it will be the Vendor's sole responsibility, throughout the Term of this Contract, to keep account of the remaining purchase credits available to the Owner.

  • LAWA may use the actual number of Enplaned Passengers of Airlines using the Common Use Outbound Baggage System Areas or Airline-Operated Common Use Outbound Baggage Systems in the immediately preceding Fiscal Year in calculating the estimated Outbound Baggage System Rate.

  • If the Port Authority thereafter requires the Permittee to temporarily suspend such work with respect to the Initial Temporary System Areas to accommodate any required Port Authority reviews of the associated Construction Application submissions, any such suspension shall be deemed to be a cause or condition beyond the Permittee’s control with respect to such work to the extent such matters cause failure, delay or interruption in performing its obligations hereunder.

More Definitions of System Areas

System Areas means those geographic areas in the United States (including its possessions and territories) in which the Owner and/or any of its Affiliates is operating, managing, constructing, planning to operate, manage or construct or otherwise possessing rights to operate, manage or construct a PCS system(s) or service(s)."

Related to System Areas

  • Common Areas is defined as all areas and facilities outside the Premises and within the exterior boundary line of the Project and interior utility raceways and installations within the Unit that are provided and designated by the Lessor from time to time for the general non-exclusive use of Lessor, Lessee and other tenants of the Project and their respective employees, suppliers, shippers, customers, contractors and invitees, including parking areas, loading and unloading areas, trash areas, roadways, walkways, driveways and landscaped areas.

  • Service Areas means those areas within the Building used for stairs, elevator shafts, flues, vents, stacks, pipe shafts and other vertical penetrations (but shall not include any such areas for the exclusive use of a particular tenant).

  • Drainage area means a geographic area within which stormwater, sediments, or dissolved materials drain to a particular receiving waterbody or to a particular point along a receiving waterbody.

  • Parking Areas means those portions of the Project which may be used for parking as depicted on the Site Plan, as such areas may be changed by Landlord from time to time.

  • Building system means plans, specifications and docu- mentation for a system of manufactured building or for a type or a system of building components, which may include structural, electrical, mechanical, plumbing and variations which are sub- mitted as part of the building system.
