Syringe means both the needle and syringe used to inject fluids into the body.

"Unit" shall mean, with respect to the Initial Product, a 2.0 ml syringe of the Initial Product. 1.28. "U.S. Dollars" and "US$" shall mean the lawful currency of the United States of America.
