Syngas definition

Syngas means synthesis fuel gas produced through gasification; and
Syngas means Singapore Syngas Pte. Limited, a company incorporated in Singapore which at the date hereof is an MGG Joint Venture.
Syngas means a mixture of CO, H2, CH4 and CO2 produced using the SGT process. Syngas capacity from the SGT may be licensed as a defined daily quantity of CO + H2 or CO + H2 + CH4, the details of which must be spelled out in a Project Sublicense Agreement.
