Any increases occurring subsequent to the date of the quotation in any of the aforesaid rates or charges, as the case may be, shall entitle Synertech to increase the amount of the quotation accordingly.
Such insurance shall be taken with such insurers as may be approved by Synertech in writing, for such amount and on such terms as may be approved by Synertech in writing.
