Syndication Termination Date definition

Syndication Termination Date means the earlier of (x) 120 days after the Restatement Effective Date or (y) the date on which the Agent, in its sole discretion, determines (and notifies the Borrower) that the primary syndication (and the resultant addition of institutions as Banks pursuant to Section 12.04) has been completed.

  • Forbearance Termination Date means the earlier to occur of (i) the Termination Date and (ii) a Termination Event.
