Syndication Partner definition

Syndication Partner means a third party with whom Company or its Affiliate has contracted to provide Paid Search Services.
Syndication Partner means a third party with whom Yahoo! or its Affiliate has contracted to provide Algorithmic Search Services, Paid Search Services, or Contextual Advertising Services, or an Additional Service (or the Yahoo! version of such an Additional Service).
Syndication Partner will have the meaning set forth in Exhibit D attached hereto.
