Examples of Syndication Partner in a sentence

  • If Microsoft requires third party certification for an Application, Microsoft will notify Company of the requirement and Company or a Syndication Partner will have the option to cease using Paid Search Services through such Application or obtain the third party certification at Company and/or the Syndication Partner’s sole cost and expense.

  • Nonetheless, Company will be solely responsible for Syndication Partner compliance with the Microsoft policies referenced in this Schedule.

  • Yahoo! shall be entitled to share Customer and Syndication Partner specific information and the Services’ general approach regarding discounts, surcharges and adjustments with the Customers and the Syndication Partners affected by such actions including for the purposes of assisting Customers and Syndication Partners in achieving genuine improvements in advertisement and traffic quality.

  • At Yahoo!’s request, Microsoft will work with Yahoo! to provide available versions of the Services for Yahoo! properties and services and Syndication Partner properties and services designed for platforms and devices other than Personal Computers (e.g., televisions).
