Syndicate Representative definition
Syndicate Representative. Means: (i) any JAH Beneficial Holder (as defined by the CA Agreement, in the case of a Syndication by JAH: (ii) ▇▇. ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Rabinowitz, in the event of a Syndication by RFIA; or (iii) ▇▇. ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇, in the event of a Syndication by ▇▇▇▇▇▇.
Syndicate Representative. Means: (i) any individual who is ------------------------- ultimately at the direction of JAH Realties, L.P. in the case of a Syndication of the shares of Common Stock owned by JAH; or (ii) ▇▇. ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, in the event of a Syndication of the shares of Common Stock owned by ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.
