Synchrony Personal Data definition
Synchrony Personal Data includes (i) Personal Data provided to Vendor by or on behalf of Company; (ii) Personal Data (from whatever source) being Processed by Vendor on behalf of Company; (iii) Personal Data (from whatever source) pertaining to personnel of Company; and (iv) Personal Data created by Vendor based on data in sub-section (i), (ii) or (iii) above.
Examples of Synchrony Personal Data in a sentence
If Vendor will have access to IT systems or Personal or Synchrony Personal Data, Privacy Liability and Network Risk Insurance covering the activities of the contractor, including loss of, mishandling of or failure to prevent unauthorized access to, or use of, systems or data, including data containing private or confidential information of Company or others for which Company is responsible, with coverage limits of not less than $10,000,000 in the aggregate.
