Synchronoss or “you”) (a “Transaction”), each of the parties hereto is prepared to make certain information available (the party making such information available, the “Disclosing Party”) to the other party hereto (the “Receiving Party”) concerning the business, financial condition, operations, assets, prospects and liabilities of the Disclosing Party. Examples of Synchronoss in a sentence

  • For all purposes under this Agreement, “Company” shall include Synchronoss Technologies, Inc.

  • Verizon Sourcing LLC (“Verizon”) and Synchronoss Technologies, Inc.

  • If applicable for such release, Wireframes and Prototypes demonstrating user interface and experience for supported Client Software shall be provided by Synchronoss and agreed upon by Verizon as part of such Quarterly Release Documents.

  • The resources assigned by Synchronoss will provide professional services support to Verizon.

  • Requirements definition for release candidates is accomplished through joint meetings with Synchronoss and Verizon personnel iii.
