Synapse Contracts definition
Synapse Contracts means all of the agreements of the Company related to the Synapse Business which are contemplated to be assigned to the purchaser pursuant to the terms of the Synapse Purchase Agreement and as set forth on Annex IV to Schedule 1.01(b)(iii) hereto.
