Synapse means Synapse Group, Inc., a Delaware corporation and successor ------- by merger to NewSub Services, Inc. "Transfer" and any grammatical variation thereof shall refer to any sale, -------- exchange, issuance, redemption, assignment, distribution, encumbrance, hypothecation, gift, pledge, retirement, resignation, transfer or other withdrawal, disposition or alienation in any way (whether voluntarily, involuntarily or by operation of law) as to any interest as a Member.   • In this case, Synapse shall send you a notice with the applicable procedures.
