SWO definition

SWO means Service Work Order, approved changes to the solution of 5 plus days.
SWO refers to a unique entry within Owner’s CAFM system. Issuance of a SWO constitutes Work Authorization. The Consultant must login to Owner’s CAFM system and “accept” the SWO issued prior to beginning Work. The SWO references and incorporates other documents such as the Services Request Form and Consultant Proposal Form as well as the Contract Documents.
SWO or Small Works Order means the form of agreement to which these Conditions of Contract for SWO are attached and forming part of this Contract and executed on behalf of the Parties and any amendments or variations thereto made pursuant to this Contract.

  • The Developer/Owner agrees to comply with any SWO issued by the Town.

SWO refers to a written or electronic document that specifies a task or set of tasks ordered by the AOC, and any special instruction applicable to the performance of those tasks. SWOs may be issued for the following types of work: JO, FM, CWO, or PM.
