SWMS definition

SWMS means and refer to a system which is designed and constructed or implemented to control discharges which are necessitated by rainfall events, incorporating methods to' collect, convey, store, absorb, inhibit, treat, use or reuse water to prevent or reduce flooding, overdrainage, environmental degradation, and water pollution or otherwise affect the quantity and quality of discharges from the system, as permitted pursuant to Chapter 62-330, F.A.C.
SWMS means the City of Toronto’s Solid Waste Management Services Division.
SWMS means the surface water management system and stormwater management system for the Property, including the Drainage Facilities, the Retention Ponds, the Drainage Easements, retention and detention areas, ponds, lakes, floodplain compensation areas, wetlands and any associated buffer areas and wetland mitigation areas, as permitted by the Applicable Governmental Authorities. "Utilities" ("Utility") shall include service for sanitary sewer, water, electric, telephone, cable and other communication media and other services provided by public or private entities that are in the nature of a public utility, except as specifically excluded from this definition. For purposes of this Declaration, Utilities excludes service for drainage, irrigation, or storm water.
