Switching Fee definition

Switching Fee means the fee payable to the Managers on the switching of a Unit of any Class of the Trust in accordance with the provisions of Clause 12(M) of the Deed.
Switching Fee means, in respect of an Unlisted Class, the switching fee (if any) payable on the switching of any Unit.
Switching Fee means the fee payable to the Managers on the switching of Units of any Sub-Fund into Units of any other Sub-Fund or units of a new Trust (as defined in paragraph 37(b)(i) of this Prospectus) in accordance with the provisions of Clause 12(K)(v) and 12(L)(v) of the Deed respectively.
