Switch Sharing Agreement definition

Switch Sharing Agreement means the Switch Sharing Agreement, dated as of January 29, 1999, by and between the Borrower and NWIP, as amended, supplemented, amended and restated and otherwise modified from time to time in accordance with Section 7.2.10.
Switch Sharing Agreement means the Switch Sharing Agreement, dated the same date as this Agreement, between Opco and NWIP, as amended and in effect from time to time.
