Switch Period definition
Switch Period means the period shown as “Switch” on Table 26-2 in Section 26.2.1.7 of the Design-Build Specifications. Systems Integrator (SI) means the contractor, under separate contract to TxDOT, which shall design, construct, furnish, install, integrate, test and commission the ETCS for the Project, including scanners, readers, loops, enforcement mechanisms and other ETCS equipment necessary for the toll systems to be fully operational. Systems Integrator Coordination Work means the DB Contractor coordination responsibilities listed in Item 29 of the Design-Build Specifications, Attachment 29-1 (Toll Facility Responsibility Matrix), Item 30 of the Design-Build Specifications and Attachment 30-1 (Managed Lane Facility Responsibility Matrix), which shall apply through Final Acceptance.
